Are you our new (PQL) Product Quality Leader?

We are looking for a Product Quality Leader as a part of our dynamic team within in Gothenburg, Sweden. As a Product Quality Leader (PQL) in the automitve sector, you will play a strategic and crucial role in initiating customer-related quality improvements and influencing long-term projects to deliver the right quality level. Your mission involves managing product improvements and leading work within issue detection and pre-study areas.

SKILLS / MINDSET

• Available immediately is a big plus
• Data Analytics / powerBI is a big plus, analytical & problem solving skills are very important for this role
• Experience from Customer Quality, or TRUCKS Chassis / Cabin / EMOB is meritorious
• Experience / competence from automotive
• Swedish speaking is an advantage but not mandatory
• Ability to nurture a network internally
• Ability to drive solutions / take decision
