Are you an experienced sales leader with a passion for developing teams and driving growth? We are looking for a Regional Sales lead to head our Nordic sales team and drive the expansion of our service business offerings.
Your duties and tasks
As our Regional Sales Lead for the Nordic region, you will play a pivotal role in exceeding Services revenue targets by developing our sales strategy, leading a dedicated team, and fostering strong customer relationships within the rotating equipment sector, including pumps, compressors, turbines, motors, and generators in the service business area. You will work with both new and existing clients to maximize business opportunities and ensure long-term growth.
- Take charge of business development and customer relationships across the Nordic region
- Drive sales growth and profitability, both individually and as part of a team
- Stay ahead by analysing market trends and identifying new business opportunities
- Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team in the Nordics to ensure success
- Collaborate with Area Sales Engineers and Product Line Specialists to develop effective sales activities and market-specific strategies
- Organize and lead customer engagement events, such as technical forums and industry conferences, with support from Marketing
- Travel within the territory to strengthen customer relationships and drive results
Your profile
For the position as Regional Sales Lead we seek a technically savvy, commercially driven professional with a strong sales record. You excel in relationship-building, possess strong business acumen, and have solid analytical skills. Independent and results-focused, you thrive in fast-paced environments.
Key Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
- Strong commercial/business acumen, especially in rotating equipment services
- Experience managing and developing sales teams
- Knowledge of best contractual practices
- Confident communicator and skilled presenter
- Fluent in Swedish and English
