Hello You!
You have preferably an MSc-degree in electrical engineering or similar and long experience from working within the electric power industry. Ideally you have been working in large electrical power construction projects and have experience with Swedish or International Utilities and International suppliers. You also have knowledge of the required international standards of electrical power projects. You are used to work in MS Office and you have a valid driving license. You can fluently speak and write in English and it is an advantage if you have knowledge of Swedish.

Our assignments within Electrical Power
Our customers and their projects are in all areas of the international electrical power industry, both within the big global suppliers (ABB, Hitachi Energy, Linxon, Siemens Energy etc) and the big Europe Utilities (Svenska kraftnät, Vattenfall, E.ON., Fortum, ScottishPower, TenneT etc). Many of our projects are EPC-contracts with complex construction projects in electric power. The assignments are within the latest technology at various companies in power grid, electricity, and energy in all technical areas and voltage levels (12-800 kV) within the electrical power industry:

  • transmission/distribution/substation
  • station automation
  • HVDC and FACTS
  • battery storage
  • SCADA/EMS/DMS
  • all types of generation power plants
  • wind & solar power

We are looking for electrical power engineers for five advanced roles within Electrical Power (the roles and competence requirements may overlap each other):

Project Managers (including Senior Project Managers)
In your role you will: be our customer's representative to lead and coordinate the projects with responsibility for quality, budget, on-time delivery, and follow-up, lead your project team, be responsible for contact with the clients, steering groups, and entrepreneurs/suppliers, be accountable for project contract management, project risk management, develop and maintain project schedules, be accountable of the procurement from suppliers and sub-contractors, be responsible for developing project calculations, forecasting, and making investment assessments, do inspections at site of electrical plants, implement FAT and SAT. You have a deep technical and commercial understanding of all phases of complex electrical power projects. It is advantageous if you have knowledge and experience of complex EPC turn-key projects and hold a formal project management certification (PMI, PMP, IPMA or equivalent).


Electric power engineer in electrical and mechanical engineering
(Primary Designer)
Here you will develop technical concepts, work with specifications and choice of components and connection materials, produce station layouts, associated detail drawings, customer specifications, work with technical calculations, technical purchase specifications and schedules for primary equipment, station earthing, mechanical design of steel structures, transformers and HV and MV switchgear, provide information for civil design and coordination of interfaces across all technical disciplines, prepare BOM and cost calculation, deviations and clarifications, review suppliers' designs, supervision of installation and commissioning, handling design and calculation tools such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, Revit or equivalent, FAT plans, participate in FAT and SAT, provide technical support in tenders and related documents in the delivery projects, engage in discussions with customers, manage site queries, and be responsible for final documentation. If you have knowledge and experience as a senior electric power engineer, preferably as lead engineer and/or technical project manager, it would be an advantage.

Electric power engineer in control plant
(Secondary Designer)
You will be responsible for the control plant and work with the development of single line diagrams/three phase schedules, control diagrams, prepare/validate and approve the design of protection and control systems (P&C) for HV and MV stations, compilation and wiring diagrams, relay layouts, design of station automation systems, cable tables, provide technical calculations and specifications for auxiliary power system components, use different design tools such as E3, FEBDOC, AutoCAD, MicroStation or equivalent, prepare BOM and cost calculations, deviations, and clarifications, review sub suppliers’ designs and handle the technical purchase process, supervision of installation and commissioning, FAT plans, participate in FAT and SAT, provide technical support in tenders and related documents in the projects, engage in discussions with customers, manage site queries, and be responsible for final documentation. If you have knowledge and experience as a senior electric power engineer from the electric power industry, preferably as lead engineer and/or technical project manager, it would be an advantage.


Relay-, protection and control engineer specialist
You will work with projects ranging from complex product deliveries to larger contracts with total commitment directly to end customers, independently responsible for configuring the relay panels, control system, and station automation systems in projects for different electrical plants, be responsible for ensuring that hardware and configuration meet the customer's specifications and requirements both at the tender stage and in projects, selectivity plans, work with testing and commissioning of relay protection and control system and take responsibility for the associated FAT and SAT, take part in testing of other parts of the control plant such as testing of current and voltage transformers, RTUs and MicroSCADA, handling Cyber Security requirements, participate in service assignments and provide technical support to customers regarding relay and protection. If you have knowledge and experience as a senior electric power engineer from the electric power industry, preferably as lead engineer and/or technical project manager, it would be an advantage.

Electric Power system engineer
In this role you will work with advanced power system calculations, system studies, stability studies, modelling, simulations, selectivity plans, analysis and optimization using e.g., PSS/E, PSCAD/EMTDC, Matlab, DIgSILENT, PowerFactory, supporting during testing of control and protection systems in house and during commissioning at sites. Your responsibility will cover everything from support during prestudies for sales and tender phase to advanced support during project execution. If you have knowledge and experience as a senior electric power system engineer and you also have background from primary, secondary and relay protection design, preferably as lead engineer and/or technical project manager, it would be an advantage.
