Project Supply Chain Manager

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to the Supply Chain Manager Services Nordics, and work alongside a team of motivated and self-driven people.

You'll take care of relationships with our suppliers as well as our internal and external stakeholders. This position will oversee supply chain performance within the Parts & Overhaul solutions business, taking active parts in new material availability contracts to external customers.

You will be managing a team of material planners but also take active part in the day-to-day business and manage customer contracts. You will act as the Business Partner for Parts & Overhaul organisation, working with all customers in Nordics.


We’ll look to you for:

  • Lead the strategy for material deployment and availability for Parts & Overhaul solutions within Service Nordics
  • Act as the interface to the Supply Chain pillars to deliver material requirements
  • Ensure that data integrity and accuracy in all aspects of material management is supported by a clear process
  • Lead supply chain deployment and readiness for contract launches
  • Coordinate the forecasting of material spends and variance analysis systems in place and adhered to
  • Drive the implementation of standardized platform Material Management processes
  • Identify, implement and manage material reduction projects and plans
  • Support the convergence of the supply chain team and processes to the centralized operating structures
  • Manage material planning and procurement for customer contracts
  • Take part in building a Nordic perspective on material supply for spare part sales
  • Willing to challenge the status quo and think out of the box.

  • Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience or understanding of customer contracts.
  • Knowledge of after-market sales.
  • Familiarity with supplier management.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP).
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Experience in leading teams is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • English language skills are mandatory; Swedish is an advantage.
